CNC Turning Machinist

**CNC Turning Machinist/Operative**

The Exact Group through continued expansion, require experienced and ambitious individuals to join our team manufacturing high-end parts for the aerospace, marine and pharmaceuticals industries.

**Job Duties**
- Operate CNC Lathes/Mill turn CNCs and ensure they are working to production schedules provided and are working to maximum capacity.
- Ensure components are machined to drawings provided and controlled to correct tolerances.
- Real time setup and run times for component parts going through the machines are captured and provided for production co-ordination.
- Ability to carry out Quality Checks.
- Adhere to housekeeping and Health & Safety standards
- Adhere to all internal quality standards as defined by the quality management system.

**Desirable Skills**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the operation of either or both:

- CNC Lathes/multi axis lathes (HAAS HL4, Dugard, Miyano)
- Knowledge of efficient machining processes, various materials and tooling.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
