2fawcett are recruiting for a part-time payroll administrator to work for a family run business based in Arnold.

Our client has a rich history, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of this at a key point in year.

**The Role & Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator**
- Manging 3 separate payrolls with a mixture of hourly, weekly and monthly employees.
- Investigate and resolve any anomalies and mismatches with attendance records.
- Processing gross pay through “Brightpay” software.
- For hourly-paid agency workers, prepare gross pay analyses and other information for the agencies.
- Complete admin. for starters and leavers (hourly-paid, weekly salaried, monthly salaried) every week.
- Deal with general payroll queries, both with company people and staff provided by agencies.
- Prepare payroll data for accounting purposes.
- Monitor and report on output performance of hourly-paid operatives, both daily and weekly.
- Maintain holiday and workwear records.
- Submit RTI to HMRC and information to group pension provider.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC reporting requirements

**Requirements of the Payroll Administrator**
- Previous experience managing multiple payrolls
- Experience using Excel, ideally familiar with pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, pensions, P45s and P60s, and employment legislation

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
