**The Role**

You will be a key part of a team that discovers and engages exceptional talent for our demanding client base. Solving hiring challenges and enabling outstanding careers which will give you genuine job satisfaction.
- Develop effective and original routes to market via social networking and relevant interest groups
- Attend client meetings and presentations
- Work closely with Consultants to build long and short lists and attend subsequent interviews
- Networking, marketing and face to face meetings
