Fp&a Supervisor

Overview:
Managing a team of two FP&A Analysts, this is a key role with responsibility for partnering with the business to represent Finance and deliver insight into past and future financial performance through reporting and analytics. You will be repsonsible for presenting clear, reliable and relevant data and can expect to have scope to review and challenge actions, priorities and existing processes with a view to supporting continuous improvement in business decision making.

**Responsibilities**:
Business partnering with sales, marketing and the EMEAI leadership team to provide insightful backward
- and forward-looking monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis.

Take the lead in ensuring data access and availability is fully aligned with business requirements.

Deliver robust and value-added long and short-term planning processes into the Region (LRP, AoP, rolling forecasting).

Support the Regional Finance Director with reporting to the EMEAI Leadership Team.

Leverage external data and sources (Bloomberg, competitor and customer profitability) and bring insight to the EMEAI team and to customers.

Support strategic decision making in the region including; pricing, working capital, FX management, India strategy, regional sales teams business reviews.

Support global FP&A initiatives and objectives.

Support working capital improvement initiatives.

Manage the process of full cost recovery with our customers, including streamlined cost centre reporting and visibility of costs across GS&A, manufacturing and logistics.

Qualifications:
Qualified Accountant - MBA or similar relevant post-graduate qualification
