Power BI Analyst - hybrid, office based between Leicester and Nottingham - £40k-£60k depending on experience.
Are you looking for a role where your day job isn't predictable? Where it's not the same old data, same old reports being produced each day?
Are you looking to work with a breadth of stakeholders rather than just 1-2 in a certain niche?
If so, this could fit the bill.
It's a role where you'll be working with all areas of the business from supply chain, to finance, to HR / Ops. The business is still relatively early in it's Power BI journey, but the senior heads are fully bought in and so is the wider business. So much so,that the requests for more insights and great visuals just keeps increasing. Hence the need to recruit.
It could suit someone with 1-2 years experience who is red hot with data and Power BI. Or an experienced head well versed in this type of role. It's not an ivory tower role though, it does need someone who wants to be hands on, in the detail, producing thevisuals. If you'd rather have a role leading a team who does the do, or if you'd rather have everything already set up process and systems wise, this won't be for you. If you thrive on autonomy, and making your own road, it absolutely will.

The Role:

- Drive Power BI usage and analytics across all areas of the business
- Strengthen modelling and forecasting tools using your SQL knowledge and skills
- Drive MI reporting forwards to allow data insights to steer commercial decision making
- Market trend analysis and insights reporting
- Developing of existing reporting, dashboards and visualisations
- Project analysis working with stakeholders cross-functionally
- Lead and shape how data is used within the organisation

**Requirements**:

- Strong Power BI and ideally SQL skill set
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and in a role where you can shape how it moves forwards
