Trainer - Senior

We are currently recruiting for a **Senior** **Launch Trainer** for our sites across EMEA. This position will involve substantial travel and work in different countries setting up and deliving Training for our new site launches before handover to Operations. In particular we have a project in India which will last circa 6-7 months before you then progress onto other launches. In this job, you will be able to arrange and schedule training for induction, H&S, Quality and Lean for new hires on a project and be highly experienced in similar roles on a project basis

**About the Role**

**How you will contribute**
- Design Training requirements for new projects and provide a training plan/programme for all new projects
- Align training requirements to meet operational targets and customer expectations.
- Execute operational training on all new projects including warehouse management system training - eg:JDA/WIAB/CRF
- Arrange and schedule training for induction, Health & Safety (H&S), Quality, lean for new hires on a project
- Create work instructions for new processes, which will be used during the training programmes
- Complete assessments of all trainees to assess their competence following training.
- Create and maintain a training matrix for all staff on a new project
- Assist launch team with UAT testing as required
- Maintain training records for all trainees
- Train on site trainer to continue training programmes on launch exit.
- Assess effectiveness of training sessions & create assessment plan/schedule for process areas.

**Your Key Qualifications**
- Expert knowledge of the operational processes involved within a similar warehouse environment
- Expertise in all aspects of training with didactical knowledge and quick learning skills
- Excellent communication skills (multilingual skills would be an advantage)
- Computer literate: MS Office
- Ability and willingness to travel and stay away for extended periods of time throughout EMEA and India;
- Possesses strong presentation techniques/skills
