Highcliffe Medical Centre is a GP practice in Christchurch looking after approximately 13,500 patients. We are a forward thinking practice with a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team.
**Your New Receptionist Job**:
We are looking for a full time Medical Receptionists to join our office team in helping our patients to access the appropriate service or healthcare professional.
Working hours to be:
Monday 8-6
Tuesday 8-1
Thursday 8-5.30
Friday 8-17.30
General reception duties include communicating with patients either in person or via the telephone, answering queries and booking appointments while providing a balance of empathy and professionalism.
This is a busy and demanding role, we are looking for someone who works well under pressure and enjoys a challenge. This role requires excellent communication and relationship skills, attention to detail and computer literacy.
