**Job summary**:
You will need to have the confidence and ability to advise senior managers on a range of people matters, ensuring that the best approach is identified for each set of circumstances, and helping embed our personalised people management approach.

You will also be expected to contribute towards the improvement of policy, guidance and training resources; to advise managers on the interpretation of policy and terms and conditions; develop management and leadership capability within the Care Group areas; and work collaboratively with colleagues within the wider People and Corporate Services team.
