Aftersales Associate

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated individual to join our growing Aftersales Team.

The successful applicant will ideally be from a manufacturing or purchasing background and will work within the Aftersales Team to co-ordinate the day-to-day operational tasks, for the delivery of spares, service and refurbishment contracts in the Aftersales Department.

**Key tasks include**:

- To provide a professional aftersales and contract support service to the business for equipment contracts and service.
- Oversee, plan, organise and co-ordinate activities associated with the day to day running of spares, service and refurbishment contracts.
- Procurement, expediting and liaison with sub-contractors
- Inspection of equipment
- Packing, Despatch and Invoicing
- Preparation of quotations
- Internal sales for the products Desal Supplies deal with
- External sales as required
- Compliance with Quality Assurance Systems and Procedures
- Stock Control and Cost Analysis

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,150.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Procurement: 3 years (preferred)
