We’re Redtorch, a bespoke and fully independent Research, Content & Creative Agency working to make sport more relevant.

We’re seeking a passionate creative strategist & planner with at least three years' agency experience of planning and implementing global campaigns to join our friendly team of sport-obsessed data-fanatics, strategic thinkers and creative communicators.

You’ll work within the Redtorch Communications Suite and report to our Research & Strategy Director. You’ll collaborate with the Redtorch Research & Performance Lab and Creative Studio to deliver campaigns for many of the biggest sports federations in the world.

This full-time job is a hybrid position which requires 3 days in the Redtorch office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) based in King’s Cross, London.

You’ll need to be excited about the prospect of working in a fast-paced agency environment across multiple clients. Ohand have a serious passion for sport

**The work you’ll do**:

- play a crucial role in the development of campaign briefs that effectively address client challenges & subsequent objectives
- develop strategies & plans that shape the direction of global campaigns
- collaborate closely with our Creative Director to help turn a campaign strategy into a creative reality
- support campaign implementation, with a specific focus on digital & social media
- work alongside our leadership team, in particular with the Research & Strategy Director, the Head of Communications & the Creative Director

**Skills required**:

- at least 3 years’ agency experience of planning & implementing global campaigns
- a detailed understanding of the campaign process: from effective briefing to global campaign implementation
- analytical skills to understand how best to develop a strategy that effectively links to every client’s business challenges
- a strong understanding of the changing digital landscape
- robust communication skills
- proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- an ability to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines, across multiple projects

**Staff package**:

- salary: £35,000-£39,000 per annum
- leave: 25 days + bank holidays & an extra day off for your birthday
- hybrid working: a minimum 3 days a week in our London office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) & two days working from home (Monday, Friday)
