As an Administrator - French Speaking your role will be to manage the end to end client management process from putting assets to market through to sign off when facilities are cleared. With this you will need to communicate effectively with internal andexternal colleagues/clients.

**Description**

As an Administrator - French Speaking your responsibilities will be;
- Answer incoming phone calls as part of main hunt group
- Be a key point of contact to retained clients
- Support others in the team when resources need re-aligning
- Support sales functions with proposals and quotations
- Other ad-hoc office administration duties as and when required

**Profile**

The successful Administrator - French Speaking will have;
- 1-2 years of relevant project based/office administrative experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, reporting skills
- Detailed and diligent
- Excellent time management
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Fluent French speaking.
- I.T. literate with high levels of competency across standard packages particularly Microsoft
