A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Production Engineer to join an excellent electronics manufacturer in the Bicester area.

With no day ever being the same the Senior Production Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Determine and define good working practices and critical processes, verifying the capabilities of all manufacturing
- Participant in planning activities to assess existing and new resources and equipment
- Lead the install, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment
- Conduct activities such as PFMEA and promote the appropriate problem-solving techniques

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of HNC qualification within manufacturing
- Experience within Production environment
- 6-Sigma
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
