**Overview of the vacancy**:

**Duties for the position of PA**:

- Oversee Health & Safety including management of risk and all related processes
- Attending to visitors ensuring a professional and friendly first impression and issuing temporary passes where appropriate
- Ensuring the safety of visitors
- Coordinating employee sickness
- Purchasing of all business stationery and office equipment
- Events, Travel and Meetings
- Assist in the organisation of Conferences, Partner and other meetings
- Manage all employee car/vehicle leasing ensuring legal and company compliance
- Safeguard through managing driving license compliance and any other legal requirements including checking relevant insurances where appropriate (Inc trucks and forklift)
- When appropriate meet, greet and ensure interviewees are comfortable and aware of their surroundings or ensure the relevant Manager carries out these duties
- Help facilitate Regional Branch interviews and employment
- Complete administrative duties around interviews
- Manage all aspects of the New Starter Process including Offer letters, Code of Conducts and contracts etc
- Support, minute and record all highly confidential administrative duties in line with director and consultant instructions
- Work with specialist consultants / agencies and advice onbest practice
- Compilation of statistical information, reports and presentations
- Diary management, support with legal practice and employment requirements
- Be the first point of contact for Regional issues and concerns
- Purchasing of AdHoc items

**Experience required for the position of PA**:

- Great at building professional but friendly relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to influence at all levels
- Accurate, computer literate and numerate
- Experience with working with external agencies / consultants
- Proven ability to follow and interpret corporate and legal guidance
- Keen to be part of and contribute to a hard-working team
- Organised, professional, positive, and someone who enjoys work
- Self-motivated and able to plan time / prioritise effectively
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to identify and act upon trends and issues from all employees
- Previous experience working with HR guidelines
- Director level exposure
- Worked in an owner managed business

**Working hours and Benefits package**:

- Working 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
- Annual bonus
- 20 days holiday, rising to 25 days, after 5 years' service
