**EYFS Lead**

Attention all Early Years Educators A leading primary school in High Wycombe, part of an all-through school, is seeking an experienced EYFS Lead to join their team for an immediate start. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), as well as previous experience in a senior position in an EYFS department is essential for this role.

The school is a leading institution in the local area, catering for all abilities and dedicated to providing the highest quality of education for all its students.
- Leading and managing the EYFS department, ensuring the highest quality of education and care for our youngest learners.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures in line with the EYFS framework.
- Providing support and guidance to EYFS staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of EYFS students, and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers, and keeping them informed of their child's progress.
- Ensuring that all EYFS students receive a safe and inclusive learning environment

The day rate for this position is £140-£195.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to implement it effectively
- Proven experience in leading and managing an EYFS department
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive attitude towards continuous professional development
- The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
