As our Sous Chef, you will be working alongside our Head chef who is very knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience and trained at Claridge’s

**Are you the right person for us?**
- 5 years of experience
- You will be reliable and loyal
- A real and demonstrable passion and love for food
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Own transport and within 45 minute comute of the restaurant

**What will your role as a Sous Chef look like?**
- To assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of both Italian and bar menus
- Bring your own ideas and creativity to the menu, your input will be welcome
- Collaboration with the Head Chef will be encouraged
- Experiments and creativity with daily specials are encouraged
- Supporting the Head Chef by consistently following the established practices and procedures for the preparation and production of all existing dishes
- Covering the head chefs annual leave
