**Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)**

We’re seeking an Account Development Executive to effectively manage established accounts by selling new product and generating additional sales revenue from customers through effective cross-sell and up sell activity.

**In this key role you will be responsible for**:

- Implementing agreed call campaigns to the prospect and customer segments as directed by your manager.
- Work proactively with marketing offering campaign ideas for call out and specific e-shot activity.
- Working closely with the sales team to deliver the 'wider team goal’
- Identifying new business opportunities for yourself
- Handling all inbound sales calls from prospects and customers who wish to discuss our products
- Exceeding sales billings targets
- Creating new pipeline through telephones-based activity
- Achieving agreed KPI’s as directed by your manager
- Educated to GCSE / A level/ Degree preferable
- Good English and Math’s
- Proven sales experience
- B2B experience preferable
- Sales orientated team player
- Excellent listener and communicator
- Self-motivated
- Good organisation and admin skills
