Yolk Recruitment is actively working with a renowned company based in South Wales to find a highly skilled Shift Supervisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the manufacturing function. As the Shift Leader, you will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager leading the production operations for the shift.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a shift of 30-40 operatives driving them to achieve production targets
- Coach the team to improve efficiencies in line with SOPs
- Identify and carry out any training needs
- Act as a liaison between Quality, Production and Engineering to ensure the product is produced to the highest standard.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities with experience working as a Production Shift Manager or Supervisor for at least 3 years.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
