We are recruiting an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator on behalf of our busy Dental / Medical Sales Retail Business covering the UK.

This is a crucial role to the business and involves ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately as well as always delivering exceptional customer service.

The role has the wide ranges opportunities for progression and travel with offices in London and Manchester as well as European manufacturing plants.

**Duties will include**:

- Prompt Sales order processing.
- Sales order checking
- Receiving / Processing Equipment and Services orders
- Providing delivery updates and installation schedules for clients and projects
- Raising and processing invoices and profitability sheets
- Filing and general office duties, coordination with Technical Service department
- Project Coordination responsibilities working within a small, dedicated team.
- Applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in an office-based environment and experience in Sage 200 is advantageous. Good knowledge of Dental / Medical industry would also be preferable.

The working hours for the Internal Sales Coordinator will be Monday to Thursday 8.30-5.30 with 1-hour unpaid lunch, Friday 8.30-5.00 with 30 mins unpaid lunch.
