Simpson Judge are pleased to be working with a leading, founder-led beauty and lifestyle brand who are looking to recruit a passionate and hardworking NPD professional with thorough experience managing a CPA

You will play a crucial role in driving the success of the brand by overseeing the development and launch of new products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research and development, design, and supply chain, to deliver exceptional products that meet market demands, exceed customer expectations and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the product development process, from concept ideation to product launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the beauty and lifestyle industry, providing insights for innovative product development.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to formulate product concepts and formulas that align with brand vision, market trends, and customer needs.
- Develop comprehensive project briefs, including product specifications, target audience, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Drive effective cross-functional collaboration, working closely with design, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of product development plans.
- Manage product development timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective project tracking.
- Manage the CPA and have full oversight of it.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, monitoring industry trends and consumer preferences to identify potential product enhancements or extensions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- True passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape within the beauty and lifestyle industry.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
