Mechatronic Apprentice

Our workshop in Reading are looking for curious and disruptive minds for a number of apprentices positions who can help transform and solve our global energy challenges through innovation and co-creation.

**What will you be doing?**:
On our apprentice program you will join an international company with more than 50 locations in over 20 countries. The Aker Solutions apprenticeship scheme follows a rotational program whereby you will be given the opportunity to work across both electrical and mechanical Subsea controls and distribution equipment in our workshops. The differing areas of expertise gained during this rotation will allow an apprentice to work on a wide variety of activities and operations that Aker Solutions support in the UK. This will include mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assembly, testing and servicing of Subsea equipment. This will also include time in our electronics labs working with our Subsea Electronics products.
