**Your Daily Responsibilities Include**:

- **Insurance Claim Reviews**: Evaluate Tribunal papers and all available data to make precise insurance claims decisions in accordance with policy terms.
- **Client Interaction**: Ensure that all insurance determinations are made promptly and efficiently, ensuring top-tier service for our esteemed clients.
- **Workload Management**: Effectively manage your workload, efficiently handling varying priorities.
- **Claims Progress Oversight**: Keep a close watch on claims progress and collaborate with our intermediary’s Liability Consultants to secure optimal claims outcomes for our clients.
- **Contribution to Settlement**: Review and respond to requests for insurance contribution to settlements from the Intermediary’s Litigation Consultants, supporting them in negotiations.
- **Tribunal Case Analysis**: In instances where a Tribunal case is lost, scrutinize tribunal papers against comprehensive HR advice logs and provide guidance on policy coverage.

**Essential Qualities**:

- **A minimum of 12 months' experience in the claims environment.**:

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to claims handling.
- Proficiency working both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to navigate challenging conversations with customers.
