Brand Coordinator

Performance Window Group (PWG) is part of the Performance Timber Products Group, a market leading high-quality manufacturing and installation group for world class made to measure wooden windows and doors for all sectors of the fenestration market.

PWG Trading Ltd includes two of the UK’s Premier timber fenestration brands, Timber Windows & Dale Joinery. Timber Windows has a UK wide network of 50 beautifully appointed showrooms providing a unique experience for customer seeking replacement timber windows and doors.

We are now looking for a Brand Coordinator to join our marketing team. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about developing and executing brand strategy. The primary responsibility will be to make sure our brand remains relevant, engaging, and ever more visible, all while staying true to our mission and values.

This is a full-time role and will require a significant amount of UK travel. We envisage the role to be 2-3 days a week on the road with the remainder of the time based at our offices in Tiptree, Essex. We are flexible to some hybrid working.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending shows and supporting the efforts of the local and national teams during the events in gaining customer enquiries.
- Visiting the showroom locations across the UK to improve the customer experience, using the brand guidelines and forming new ideas for the enhancement of showroom environments.
- Working cooperatively with showroom teams/owners and internal teams to deliver agreed showroom enhancements and keep these environments looking their best.
- Carrying out necessary administrative tasks and communications with suppliers, customers, and event organisers to fulfil the aforementioned responsibilities.
- Ensuring all showroom locations are up to date with their use of the latest and most appropriate literature.
- Coordination and creation of seasonal window displays in select showroom locations.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Previous event coordination experience
- Experience in visual merchandising/POS in an appropriate retail environment
- Experience in a customer focussed environment
- Organised and able to prioritise workloads
- Strong and comprehensive IT skills
- High levels of literacy
- Flexible and able to commit to frequent UK Travel
