Ewer Court is a 3-bed residential location in Colchester, Essex We support to people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and sensory needs, who are encouraged to lead active and fulfilling lives, maximising independence but, Most importantly we love to support our individuals to live a life they love

The individuals we support here at Ewer Court love to spend time in the community Whether that be at the local park taking a stroll in the sunshine or going for a drink at our local coffee shop with friends. We love to go bowling and we love celebrating each other’s birthdays with parties, food and of course lots of cake We all love having a laugh together and there’s never a dull moment when we all get together for a family dinner We thought it might be worth noting that we are absolutely chocolate mad here too and Ewer Court

**About The Role**:

Our dedicated support teams empower individuals to overcome any obstacles and live the life they choose.

Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. It’s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too. Talking of ‘dream’ jobs, some of our shifts are sleep-ins
