**Customer Service Executive**

Yolk Recruitment are proud to partnered with a new revolutionary bank in Cardiff that is reshaping the industry and allowing for great growth opportunities for Customer Service specialists. In this role you will be working alongside a dedicated and passionate small team providing customer focused service to guide customers on their accounts, providing your expert knowledge and advice.

**As a Customer Service Executive, you will be**:

- Guide customers through regulatory documents, including statements and quotations for their accounts.
- Identify and support vulnerable customers.
- Support with resolving customer complaints with care and efficiency.
- Proactively manage arrears accounts and negotiate solutions.

**What will you bring to the team?**
- A track record of success in customer services
- Preferably experience from financial services.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Empathy and compassion for vulnerable customers
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Drive for continuous learning and adaptability

**As a Customer Service Executive, you'll get in return**
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Salaryup to £24,000 and access to a Bonus scheme.
- Hybrid arrangement of 3 days in the office, 2 days of home working
