**About the Client**

Our client, based in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire plays a pivotal role in the supply chain ecosystem, offering innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of their clients. Renowned for their expertise in designing and manufacturing packaging materials, they cater to a wide range of industries including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. With a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility, they are at the forefront of developing eco-friendly packaging alternatives to minimize their ecological footprint.

Due to continuous growth, they are now looking to appoint a highly competent gatehouse security officer to join the core team.

The successful applicant will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern between 20:00 - 08:00, with an enhanced rate of pay of £14.30 per hour between the hours of 22:00 - 06:00.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as a visual deterrent
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Provide a safe and secure environment for staff and customers
- Responding to client emergencies
- Liaise with the police and local crime reduction agencies, if required
- Providing reports as necessary
- Complete daily checks

**Requirements**:

- SIA Licence Door Supervisor or Security Guard
- Driving License preferred but not essential
- Proficient level of English

Pay: £11.44-£14.30 per hour
