Sales and Client Liaison

You will be based both in the office and out in the field; working with buyers and sellers, conducting viewings and securing sales. You will need to be high energy, confident and have great inter-personal skills in order to be successful in this role. You will also need a clean driving licence.

**TYPICAL DUTIES**:

- Register applicants and assess their property requirements.
- Match applicants to any suitable properties and arrange for them to view the property.
- Conduct viewings for prospective buyers at available properties.
- Work with applicants and vendors to get offers accepted and secure sales.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers.
- Provide support to Sales Team with lead generation and sales pipeline tracking.

**SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Good communication skills: written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to display initiative.
- Target & performance driven.
- Flexible, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and ideally based in East London.
