Trainee Grower

As a trainee grower, you will assist with the horticultural operation across the site, focusing on pest and disease monitoring, watering, and crop husbandry. You will be working as part of a small team, ensuring your focus on producing and maintaining plants to the highest quality.

Our business strives to offer the best product for its customers so a passion for horticulture and growing high-quality plants is essential. Preference will be give to those who have previously worked in a commercial nursery environment. PA1 and PA6 are desirable, and you will ideally have or be aiming for a qualification in horticulture.

The role will operate across a number of shifts with a weekend working rota in place during our peak season March to July.
