**Overview**

As our IT controller - you will need to be an all rounder - as comfortable partnering with IT and product development function leaders on business case development, driving planning and budgeting process for product development and IT cost centres, monthly / quarterly cost analysis.

Reporting to the Director of Global Controlling, you will play a key part in the development of global controlling team who are responsible for improving reporting governance and streamlining global processes across the regions and functions.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and/ or business models and develop succinct business case, using strong data-based decision-making skills, especially in an environment of multiple trade-offs.
- Work and communicate effectively with the function / product leaders in order to understand the operational requirements and provide accurate forecast information, financial guidance and leadership.
- Develop global processes that support strong financial reporting capabilities by products/cost centres, for purposes of forecasting and results analysis
- Preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to key stakeholders.
- Form and nurture relationships with your key stakeholders.
- Solid technical understanding around metrics implementation - you will need to be comfortable having technical conversations and know when to lead, when to challenge and when to ask questions.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Several years of professional experience in international controlling with a strong focus on IT, product development
- Experience of working in a matrix environment with proven record of successful stakeholder management
- Landing value to the business through business case development and process improvement.
- Formulate and communicate results using textual, numeric, graphical and other visualisation methods appropriate to the target audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you must be able to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience of seniority levels.
- Data analysis and manipulation skills:

- ERP and reporting / planning tools, such Netsuite, Oracle EPM
- Analytics presentation platforms such as Tableau, Power BI.
- ETL (data cleansing).
- SQL.
- Excel.
- Data structures and database understanding.
- Thinking at a conceptual level across a number of platforms (desktops, mobile, tablets) and operating environments (In the warehouse, transportation, Delivery, Customer Experience).
- Experience coordinating and running workshops.
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar.

**- Must be able and willing to travel including USA and Germany.**
- Business fluency in English
