**NOC Engineer**

Advantage Resourcing are currently assisting a Telecom organisation in the recruitment of a Network Operation Center engineer for a client that are based in Marlow.

**Responsibilities as a Network Engineer**
- Incident Management, Diagnosis, monitoring, and resolution are completed within the SLA's
- Management and Monitoring of WAN & LAN, Wi-Fi and IP Networks
- Diagnosis and detection of industry standard management and monitoring tools
- Escalate and liaise with 3rd party suppliers
- Provide updates using ticketing systems
- Be an escalation point for any 3rd line incidents
- Follow operational procedures and processes in line with the company's policies
- Working with field engineers to carry out installations and troubleshooting
- Completing request changes in a timely manner

**Skills as a Network Engineer**
- IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF
- Products from BTW, Openreach, Virgin Media, Talk Talk and other 3rd party suppliers
- LAN and WAN troubleshooting
- Hands on experience managing 3rd party suppliers
- Juniper Network devices
- Firewall management e.g Palo Alto, Smoothwall and Fortigate
- Wi-Fi network management
- DNS and Radius systems
- Troubleshooting Fibre faults
- CCNA, CCNP, NSE4, JNCIA ( Or willing to obtain qualifications)
