**Way More**

Founded in 2020, Way More is a specialist insurance broker who care about each client on a personal level. Way More was set up by Managing Director, Zoe, after personal circumstances made her realise how vital it is to have the right protection in place. After various negative experiences, she decided to set up her own firm to provide a super tailored service that does right by the client

Since then, Way More has grown to a team of three, with Alix as a Client Services Administrator and Ash in Digital Marketing. As a team they focus on helping each other grow and reach their goals, with their quarterly planning sessions (usually in the format of a team day out), and through training and development.

After a fantastic year in 2023, winning two awards; Outstanding Protection Adviser and Best Adviser 2023, Way More now has some exciting growth plans heading further into 2024

One of the first stages of this plan is the hiring of this new Life Insurance Adviser role.

**The Job**

As this is a role in an SME you will get to be a part of each client's entire journey meaning a typical week might look like this...

**Monday**
- Catch up with the team, reflecting on the past week and planning the week ahead
- Getting in touch with leads that have come in and booking them in for meetings
- Planning your diary for the week ahead

**Tuesday**
- Having a meeting with a long-standing introducer and maintaining a strong relationship with them
- Checking in on current clients in their annual review to make sure their cover still meets their needs
- Meeting with a client on zoom and completing a client fact find

**Wednesday**
- Popping along to a local networking event to make new relationships with potential introducers
- Preparing quotes for your clients
- Working on your own list of prospects and making some calls

**Thursday**
- Meeting with clients to present your recommendations
- Heading to the office’s outdoor space for a picnic with the team at lunch
- Liaising with underwriters to find the best terms for clients

**Friday**
- Chatting with the team, helping each other meet respective goals for the week
- Completing necessary admin work to ensure compliance

Way More offers personal protection, business protection and employee benefits and even private medical insurance, so no matter what week it is you’ll be working on a variety of different projects and speaking to lots of different people. In this role, you can do a bit of everything, or if you are wanting to specialise, we’re open to that too
- You will be based in South Yorkshire, less than an hour’s commute from the office just outside of Rawmarsh.
- Have previous experience in the industry, in a people facing role and be great at relationship building
- A confident networker, who has a proven ability to find leads and convert them
- Value trust, honesty and integrity with a keen attention to detail
- Most importantly you are passionate about helping others

Maybe you have worked as a key account manager at an insurance provider, or you have worked as a mortgage adviser with knowledge of life insurance policies. Maybe you have worked as a life insurance adviser before for a larger company and now you want to bring your expertise to a growing SME where you can really make a difference.

You’ll be working on Way More’s own premises, with free onsite parking. Working in an encouraging and supporting team, with regular team meals and quarterly trips out. You’ll have the opportunity to take part in any training and development you might be interested in and be able to work towards a bonus scheme. As Way More grows so will this role, with the opportunity to lead an Admin Assistant in the future.
