**SME Account Handler / Broker**

**Location**: Sheffield

**Salary**:Negotiable

Our team at ECS are growing, why? because we've been adding more clients and want to make sure they get the level of service we provide consistently, along with the fact we want all of our staff to have manageable workloads.

The team are split across Commercial, SME and Personal Lines this role in particular sits across the SME and Personal Lines side so we're as happy to talk to SME focused brokers who want to continue building their career within SME or progress from PersonalLines.

**On a day to day basis you'll be**:

- Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products
- You'll be dealing with customers across both SME Commercial as well as Personal Lines cases
- Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate
- Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

**Your experience**:

- You'll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and should be used to using Word, Excel and wider broking platforms (Acturis in an ideal world)
