Transport Planner

**Permanent Transport Planner Vacancy - £31,500 per annum**

Talent84 Ltd have a Permanent, Full-Time vacancy for a Transport Planner to work for an established logistics provider at their site in Middlewich

**Hours of work are**:

- 4 days on 4 days off
- 7.00 am - 7.00 pm

**Pay Rate**:

- £31,500 per annum (pay increase after successful probation)

**Job Purpose**
- To execute a logistics plan that ensures all products reach their destination safely, securely and within time scales agreed

**Duties are varied and will include**:

- Being a point of contact for customers
- Managing a team of drivers
- Organising schedules and routes
- Ensuring vehicle checks are completed, that all vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements
- Ensuring that the service and maintenance plan for the vehicles is up to date and followed
- Ensuring all compliance is adhered to including vehicle weights and driver hours
- To work within budgets set and ensure that all resources are maximised
- Completing reports
