I am working with a really exciting B2B construction business who are going through large scale growth, and are looking for a Content Executive to join the team There is lots of progression opportunity for the right person as they will eventually grow intoa more strategic role and take ownership of the company’s content strategy. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is a passionate content writer and is keen to explore wider marketing areas. The core of the role is copywriting, but they would like someone who is social media savvy and is familiar with the concept of SEO.

**Key responsibilities**
- Write engaging, relevant and compelling editorial content, including press releases, case studies, blog posts, how-to guides and video scripts.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to create a content strategy that enhances brand identity, helps engage customers and supports lead generation. Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure all product information is technically correct, up-to-date,and consistent at all times. Plan content around product updates and develop campaign ideas.
- Keep website content up-to-date via WordPress and proactively suggest improvements, collaborate with the website agency to increase website traffic and SEO rankings.
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, and act as the key point of contact for social media queries.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry publications, liaise about publishing editorials and ad placements.
- Coordinate the production of audio-visual content including product images and video footages.
- Participate in other marketing activities as required

**Key skills**
- Demonstrable experience in a content focussed role (content marketing / copywriting / PR)
- Experience in a B2B environment
- A solid understanding of the broader marketing mix and familiarity with the concept of SEO
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and YouTube) and Content Management Systems (WordPress)
- Ability to communicate and build strong relationships
