**Lottery Canvasser Representative at StarVale**

Lottery canvassers play a crucial role in fundraising efforts for charitable organisations by actively promoting the lottery and generating revenue to support their charitable activities and causes.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Recruitment of Lottery Members on a continuous membership basis i.e., Members who will play the Lottery each and every week, typically on a door-to-door basis.
- Collection of Member’s Lottery Subscriptions, typically on a door-to-door basis, as and when required.
- Continuously promote the Lottery via ongoing marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Supervising and transporting a team of representatives as part of a Drive Team, on a daily basis.
- Initiate and develop corporate/business contacts and arrange and deliver Lottery Promotion Presentations to them and/or their employees.
- Develop outlets for the sale of Lottery One-Off Tickets on an as required/ongoing basis.
- The target member recruitment rate is one member per hour.

Having your own transport is desirable, but not essential as you will need to travel across Barrow-In-Furness.

**Salary: £11.44 per hour, plus commission.**

**Working hours**: This position is flexible, part-time, 20 hours per week.
