_**Key Accountabilities**:_
- To supervise all electrical work and associated activities being undertaken by ITC staff and contractors
- To fulfil the role of NICIEC electrical qualifying supervisor and all associated duties
- Monitor and audit both ITC staff and contractor work to ensure compliance with all relevant ITC specifications, applicable legislation and industry standards for electrical work
- To ensure all performance targets are met with high quality standards consistently achieved in accordance with ITC Policies and Procedures
- **Main Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Monitoring of service delivery to ensure ITC performance standards are met
- Assist in the management of the ITCs engineers to ensure high quality, efficient service delivery and value for money are being delivered
- Ensure effective communication with all staff, customers and contractors in relation to electrical issues
- Support the development and training of the engineers, to meet the current and future needs of the business and customers
- Ensure that all electrical works accurately identified, appropriate actions to ensure safety and compliance are undertaken and support the provision of management information
- Ensure that all electrical works are carried out to agreed specifications, current standards and regulations in force at the time of works carried out
- Ensuring effective communication between on-site activity and the office team
- To undertake toolbox talks, team 1:1s, H&S inspections (Van checks/PPE checks), annual reviews and disciplinary procedures where necessary
- Develop quotations including equipment, materials, and labour calculations for final approval
- **Experience**:_

Relevant trade background - Electrical, Door entry, Fire & Emergency lighting **(Essential)**

At least 3 years experience of supervising **(Prefered)**

Have been Assessed as an NICIEC Qualified Supervisor in the last 5 years **(Prefered)**

Experience of computerised information systems **(Essential)**

Experience of working in a busy environment to tight deadlines **(Essential)**

Able to work under pressure, responding flexibly and to tight deadlines **(Essential)**

Experience of dealing with service users requiring assistance over the telephone and face to face **(Essential)**
- **Qualifications & Training**:_
- City & Guilds 2360 Part 1&2 or equivalent
- Basic level of literacy and numeracy needed to deliver the requirements of the role
- IT skills in Microsoft Office Systems
- Inspection & Testing City & Guilds 2391

- **Working Hours**:_
- 9:00-17.30 (Monday-Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Worksop: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Electrical: 10 years (required)
