We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who shares our core values, to work as a Physiotherapy Administration and Clerical support officer within our paediatric Outpatient Physiotherapy service. The role will primarily work in the childrens hospital for Wales but will support some reception cover in Lakeside Wing outpatient department which is based on the same site in the University Hospital of Wales. They may also provide occasional support to our other Physiotherapy outpatient department in Barry Hospital.
The post holder will be part of a friendly and supportive team working in a busy Outpatient service. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this post. Previous experience of working in a clerical role is advantageous and we offer a full induction programme, on the job training, regular appraisal and opportunities for development.
The successful applicants will provide administration and clerical support to the Outpatient Physiotherapy service, these duties include, call handling, working with data entry processes, waiting list management, reception desk roles, as well as contributing to the general running of the departments.
