Trainee Estimator

**Job description**

We are seeking a trainee estimator to join our growing business. As a trainee estimator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business. This position requires a hard working individual who is prepared to get involved in all elements of the business with a 'can-do' attitude.

Duties
- Update Databases
- Issue Client Facing Estimate
- Prepare Building Take - Offs

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using computer
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic maths skills (e.g. understanding lengths, widths, areas etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Construction industry knowledge preferable but not necessary

Pay: From £22,500.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
