Starting salaries will reflect your experience, in the region of £25,000 - £38,000. Plus, appropriate benefits package to include enhanced holiday entitlement, professional subscriptions, pension, and career incentives. You will receive on going trainingincluding day release where required.

More importantly, you will be joining a growing business with a welcoming environment and motivated team Working with key client accounts across multiple sectors on high value and varied projects up to £50m.

John Burke Associates are a practice of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying & Quantity Surveying), Clerks of Works and Chartered Building Consultants. Our team of 15 professionals operate from two regional offices, providing six service lines acrossmultiple sectors.

**What do I need?**

You will ideally recently qualified with a construction related degree, looking to progress your APC. Although motivated graduates who are currently undertaking their degree on a day release will also be considered. We have a great track record supporting our graduatesto chartership due to the experience of our team and projects we can offer you. Your interests to develop a career within Quantity Surveying will ideally span:

- Fund monitoring and Cost Planning
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Employer’s Agent duties
- A variety of projects but typically include Banking, Public Sector, Corporate / office, Residential, Education and Healthcare.
