Role: Events Sales Administrator
We are looking for an Events Sales Administrator to support the Events Manager & team. This is to manage all events enquiries through Wedding Partner websites, Direct enquiries, and social media enquiries.
Reporting to the owner and Events Manager, the role is hybrid and fulltime role.
Would consider a part-time however the enquiries need responding to daily.
Key Responsibilities for the Events Sales Administrator Job:
- Respond & input clear and accurate information onto the event management software / Excel Database.
- Administration of quotations, contracts and confirmations relating to sales/ events.
- To liaise with customers for certain events, as agreed, and to ensure that all services and facilities are correct.
- Help raise sales invoices for external accountancy activity.
- Provide administrative support to the events manager and team within the department.
Key Skills for the Events Administrator:
- Knowledge of using database/excel and managing e brochures and phone calls.
- Experience of building rapport with prospective individuals or groups of customers.
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Events and hospitality experience are useful but not essential.
Pay negotiable by experience.
**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
