As a Cluster Accounts Assistant,_ _you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role You will be supporting the efficient running of the Finance function whilst assisting in optimising profitability within the business. Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be exceeding expectations and leaving no query unresolved

You will be supporting across 6 properties within the cluster, which include Brighton, Milton Keynes, Watford and London Heathrow. Your main focus will be Leonardo Hotel London Croydon - this is where your base is. You will be required to travel to the other properties within the cluster on an ad-hoc basis with some overnight stays.

**If you our ideal Cluster Accounts Assistant, you will**:

- Be yourself
- Ensure all banking transactions are reconciled and keyed into the financial system
- Audit performance reviews of daily revenue processed
- Participate in the month end accounts processes, ensuring accurate preparation of financial reports
- Support preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and valuation of stock takes at property level and across the cluster
- Ensure effective and timely communication of business performance and opportunities to all levels of management
- Have knowledge or SAP and Opera - don’t worry if not, we can teach you

For guests visiting London for business or pleasure, our hotel in Croydon is perfect for those not wishing to be in the hustle and bustle of busy London, but still close by. Our Croydon property offers affordable hotel rooms at a central location with The Whitgift Shopping centre over the road and East Croydon Station a short 3-4 minute walk away. if you are travelling abroad, Croydon offers an ideal stop over location with frequent train services to Gatwick Airport which is only a 20 minute ride away.

For those wanting to go into Central London for a leisure day, or for business, East Croydon Station is a short 17 minute train ride to London Victoria or London Bridge. However, there is plenty to discover in Croydon with various Heritage sites to explore. The Queen's Gardens are an easy 6 minute walk and Shirley Park Golf Course is a 7 minute drive away.
