An **experienced Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative is required **to join a thriving and well-established manufacturing company to deliver around the local area of Scarborough.

This role is easily commutable from Scarborough, Driffield, Bridlington and Malton

The role will involve driving a Ford Transit Van delivering products to both commercial and domestic customers in the local area. Mainly traveling the Scarborough and surrounding areas. Due to the nature of the product you will be required to work within the warehouse for 60-70% of your day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Load and unload the van with items from the warehouse.
- Ensure goods are securely and safely transported.
- Assist in warehouse duties as required, including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and ensure that orders are processed efficiently.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Packing and shipping: Warehouse workers may be responsible for packing and labeling items for shipment, as well as preparing shipping documents.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

The starting pay rate for this role is £11.20 p/h

This role is a genuine Permanent opportunity
