**am a gentleman with dementia who lives in Darnick. I’m looking for experienced Personal assistant(s) to join my small team of carers, I love getting out for and about for walks but need a PA to look after my wellbeing and keep me safe whilst encouraging as much independence as possible. I need PA(s) who are flexible and willing to cover holidays and sickness when needed.***

**ours of work (Flexible)**

- **onday, Thursday, and Alternate Saturday & Sunday**

- **eekdays - **8.30am for 1 hour, Lunch 12pm for 1 hour, Teatime 5pm for 1 hour. **A
- **lternate Weekends - **can be 8.30am till 3.30pm for a 7-hour block or if preferred Morning 8.30am, Lunch 12pm, teatime 5pm visits for 1 hour **H
- **oliday/sickness cover when needed **T

- **ileage 45p per mile for social and every second and sub sequential visit **S
- **ocial expenses paid when out **5
- **.6 weeks annual leave on a pro rata basis **P
