EBC Group, an established MSP (Managed Service Provider) based in Halesowen, are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team. At the forefront of business innovation, EBC Group now encompass a comprehensive range of managed services from print solutions and document management to IT services, cloud computing, disaster recovery and unified communications.

The owner of EBC Group is also the owner of a small number of other businesses, which include Kidderminster Harriers FC, a non-league football club currently playing in the National League North of the English Football League.

The main areas of responsibility will include:

- Shared responsibility for credit control and debt collection for EBC Group.
- Bank reconciliation for EBC Group and other companies.
- General administrative duties for EBC Group as and when required.
- Provide cover on the purchase ledger during holidays and other absences.
- Credit Card Reconciliation for EBC Group and other companies.
- Setting up Nominal codes as required for EBC Group and other companies.
- Setting up of Direct debit mandates as and when required for EBC Group and other companies.
- A good working knowledge of Sage 200 preferred (Sage 50 experience will also be considered), as all companies whose finance function are managed at our head office in Halesowen utilise this software package.
- A good understanding of excel and how this can be utilised on a day-to-day basis.
- Previous experience operating a sales and purchase ledger system would be a big advantage.
- Previous experience within a credit control environment would also be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually, as required.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
