**Fabric Operative**:
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Isleworth

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Fabric Operative to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm.

**The role**:

- Reporting to the M&E Supervisor
- To undertake maintenance of the building, including both PPM and reactive maintenance, and new installation tasks, as directed by the PPM schedule and management using appropriate trade skills
- To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI’s
- Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota and be able to respond/attend site within one hour of the call.

**The person**:

- Must have painting & decorating knowledge
- Experience in building services is preferred; building services maintenance understanding is essential
- Experience in a Healthcare environment is advantageous
- IT Literate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have a good understanding of health and safety best practice; formal training an advantage
