**The Company**
This well established organisation produce fenestration and curtain walling products for use in the construction industry. They are growing and in need of a new member to join the design team.

**The Role**
Reporting to the design director you will be part of the team designing windows, doors and curtain walling for a wide variety of clients. Initially you will work in the Swansea office but hybrid working is on offer once established in the role.
Hours of work 07:30AM to 04:30PM Monday to Thursday and 07:30AM to 01:30PM Friday.

**Duties will include**:

- Produce high end technical drawings and AutoCAD design proposals
- Extensive liaison with clients, the sales team and installers
- Attend internal and external meetings to discuss client requirements
- Working on AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM
- Reading, understanding and explaining technical drawings
- Working to building construction, methods & regulations

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will have the following experience, knowledge and attributes:

- Solid experience in Façade design
- Be able to confidently read and understand Technical drawings
- Previous work experience of using AutoCAD essential and REVIT an advantage
- Knowledge of curtain walling, window, door & Structural Glazing design essential
- Good understanding of building construction, methods & regulations essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Work well independently and within the team environment
- Role could also suit an Architectural Technologist with a solid understanding of Curtain Walling, Windows and Doors
