**The opportunity for you**

You will be working across a broad spectrum of projects and closely collaborating with a team of four in-house designers.

This is a hands-on role, responsible for design projects from conception through to production. This includes brochures, promotional literature, advertising, branding documents, events, microsites, digital platforms, social media and e-marketing.

**Knowledge, skills and experience**

The individual must demonstrate creative flair with strong experience of producing accurate artwork. They must be an enthusiastic team player, possess strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once. The remit ofthe role includes:

- Working with the business to drive creative briefs to the point of delivery, managing priorities and deadlines to deliver high quality work on time
- Design and production of firm wide and sector specific marketing collateral (Foleon, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, EPS format
- Support the wider Marketing & Communications team to promote the brand principles firm-wide, monitoring brand usage and maintaining brand guidelines.

Required:
You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years graphic design experience with:

- You will have a strong background of corporate branding
- Evidence of creative and wide-ranging design experience in:
Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)and Microsoft (All Office Packages)
- You will have excellent communication and organisation skills
- You will have an eye for detail
- Ability to manage your own time, and prioritise as appropriate

Also beneficial:

- Ability to create simple motion graphics in After Effects
- CSS and HTML
- Foleon and digital publication platform experience.
