We are delighted to be working with a local Charity to help them with the recruitment of a full time Accounts Assistant on a long term contract.

**PAY**: £24,000 per annum

**Type**: Hybrid (2 days home working, 3 days office).

**Job Purpose**

The post holder will be responsible for providing the team with finance support and basic finance admin.

**Key Functions & Tasks**
- Working with a busy Operations Team to provide admin and basic finance support
- Provide basic finance support - organising payments, primary accounting - entering transactions on the bank and using the (Sage) finance system, and maintaining relevant records
- Being part of a small team acting as the first point of contact for visitors or callers to the office and handle basic enquiries, signposting enquirers on to relevant colleagues for further information, advice, or support.
- Interacting with clients and partners from a diversity of sectors, organisations, and backgrounds
- Manage and update data on behalf of team.
- Provide cover for colleagues as needed.
