**About the role**:
The Ecommerce Assistant will support the Ecommerce Executive and Online Trading Manager with the day to day running of the website. Ensuring they are constantly up to date with the most relevant information including updating website banners, building landing pages and creation promotions & marketing campaigns.

**What you will be doing**:

- Support the Ecommerce team with key site maintenance, content loading and CMS workload.
- Supporting the Ecom Executive with updating website banners, building landing pages and creating promotions
- Working closely with internal teams such as Creative and Product to ensure website is up to date
- Monitor site alerts, such as spam, feed failures etc daily, and flag any issues.
- Monitor and maintain customer forums.
- Optimise promotional messaging and content - devising creative strategies and ideas to encourage immediate and repeat business.
- Work with the Creative Team to review and refresh existing content (copy/images/video) on our website (including the homepage) ensuring integrity and consistency of content and customer journey.
- Keeping up to date and constantly provide ideas to optimise user journey
- Support the Ecom Executive with performance reporting on a weekly/Monthly basis
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements
- Process the department’s monthly invoicing making sure they are completed in a timely manner.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience with content, product & inventory management.
- Analytical skills to draw conclusions from data and sales reports.
- Experience using Google Analytics and are a proficient Excel user.
- A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- A passion for the travel industry and all things ecommerce.
- Previous experience with Drupal and WordPress CMS is an advantage but not essential.
