Established 40 years ago, U-Drive is a family-run company. With new branches opening across the UK and a fleet of over 3,000 vehicles, U-Drive is currently undergoing a strong period of growth.

**About the role**:
Our Management Trainee Program lasts for 18 months and covers all areas of our business. The focus is on rental operations, but you will also learn skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and other Head Office functions. You will have a mentor to support you throughout the program and full training provided at every step.

We will show you how to deal with a vast range of customers and teach you the key sales and marketing skills you will need to succeed. You will be ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities, including developing new business and taking care of our current customers. You’ll learn how to manage accounts, build long-term customer and colleague relationships, and be responsible for business reporting. You will develop problem-solving skills and learn how to make efficient business decisions that will have a real impact upon the company’s success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but professional experience would be considered
- 5 GCSEs grades A*- C or 4 - 9
- Full UK Driving Licence
