Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer for work within Sussex.

**About The Job**:
To work closely with the Clients Helpdesk to deliver high working standards and safe maintenance practices in the delivery of services, One of the duties of this role is to maintain full compliance with all legislation and company procedures. To provide hands on all-round support to the customer and where directed by the Regional Manager, provide support to the Cleaning Supervisor.

- Maintain timber and steel doors & windows.
- Painting and decorating.
- Water hygiene checks
- L8 checks.
- Painting services are also to be provided.
- Carry our planned maintenance.
- Carry out all necessary administrative work relating to jobs.
- Liaise and work with all other trades as required.
- Ability to calculate the likely expenditure of materials required and can manage costs effectively 08:00-17:00.

**About You**:

- Full UK driving license.
- Experienced handyman - have experience in a few different trades if possible.
- Happy to cover the local area in a company van.
- Speak & understand fluent English.
- Computer literate/happy to use PDA.
- Approved and formal apprenticeship served in relevant skill area or proven relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
